Welcome to the Lincoln Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SEPAC)
The Lincoln SEPAC is a public, non-profit organization that serves as a resource to parents and educators of children in the Lincoln Public Schools special education program. We provide a networking hub in which parents have access to relevant information, training, and emotional support. The SEPAC also works with the Director of Student Services, the Superintendent, and the School Committee in the planning, development, and evaluation of programs to promote a successful educational environment for our children. Watch for updates, articles, and what’s new presented under the “News and Upcoming Events” section of this website.
Massachusetts Special Education Regulations require that each Massachusetts school district form a volunteer parent advisory council (similar to the Lincoln SEPAC) to advise the district on matters that involve special education and the well-being of students with disabilities. Membership is open to parents and to all individuals interested in special education in Lincoln.
